5. Listings & User-Generated Content

By submitting content, you:

  • Grant MyPropAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and distribute your content on the Platform.
  • Confirm that you have full rights to the content
  • Accept responsibility for activities performed under your account

MyPropAI does not verify:

  • Ownership of properties
  • Legal documentation
  • Financial or transactional details

Users must independently verify any listing before making decisions.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we aim for accuracy, MyPropAI::

You agree to:

7. Paid Services & Plans

MyPropAI may offer premium listings, visibility boosts, analytics, or promotional services.

You acknowledge that:

  • Paid plans improve visibility but do not guarantee leads or deals.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • MyPropAI is not responsible for user conversion or sales outcomes.

We may modify pricing, features, or benefits anytime with notice.

8. Prohibited Listings

You must not list properties that:

  • You do not legally own or represent.
  • Are under dispute or litigation (without disclosure).
  • Violate local laws, zoning, or environmental regulations.
  • Contain misleading claims or fake images.

Violating this may lead to immediate listing removal and account suspension.

9. Third-Party Links & Interaction

The Platform may include links to third-party websites, vendors, or service providers:

MyPropAI:

  • Does not control or endorse third-party sites.
  • Is not responsible for third-party actions, accuracy, or services
  • Does not mediate disputes between users and third parties

Interactions with such parties are your sole responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content-including text, design, graphics, logos, algorithms, analytics, and software-is the property of MyPropAI or its licensors..

Users may not:

  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Sell
  • Reverse-engineer
  • Distribute

any part of the Platform without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPropAI is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Profit loss or business interruption
  • Fraudulent behaviour by third-party users
  • Property disputes, documentation issues, or failed deals
  • Inaccuracies in analytics or listings
  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
